Whether you can cancel or change a ticket depends on the type of ticket you have purchased.

Flexible tickets

All Flexible tickets, regardless of their category (Standard, Premium or Premium Pluss), can be refunded in their entirety until departure time.

If the cancellation takes place in the last 24 hours before departure, you will be charged an administration fee of NOK 100,-.

How to cancel a ticket

If the ticket has been purchased through the Entur-app, you may cancel it directly there.

If the ticket has been purchased though a third-party, you may contact Customer Service for assistance with cancelling the ticket.

How to change a ticket

If you wish to make a change to a ticket, for example your departure time, you may contact our Customer Service for help.

Non-flexible tickets

A non-flexible ticket cannot be changed or canceled with the right to a refund. However all purchases are subjected to a 4 hour right of withdrawal after the time of purchase. If you cancel a non-refundable ticket within these for hours, but the departure time is less than 24 hours away, you will be charged with an administration fee of NOK 100,-.
