Once more we have the most satisfied customers! The latest customer satisfaction survey by the Norwegian Railway Directorate, has placed SJ Norge at the top among all the Norwegian train operators.
Our service aboard scored particularly high, with a result of 94 out of 100 – what a wonderful result! We are very proud of our staff and their ability to provide safety and care for our passengers. And we will continue to work toward providing our customers with train journeys they can look forward to!
